How long have you been in business?

Globin Intercommunication's history begins in the late 1960s with the passage of the NYC Multiple Dwelling Law, the Multiple Resident Law, and the Housing Maintenance Code. The newly passed legislation set mandates and standards for safe living in buildings throughout the city, improving  daily safety, convenience and security for tenants. A new market opportunity arose and one ambitious man named Frank Brandt formed Frank Brandt Bell & Intercom; a firm that has over the years established loyal and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and customers alike, and today has evolved into Globin Intercommunication, LLC.

Corporate headquarters are located in Borough Park, Brooklyn, NY: 1441 53rd Street, Suite 1-G, Brooklyn, NY  11219. In addition to our corporate headquarters, our base of operation and project planning takes place in our Midwood, Brooklyn, NY location.

How much should I expect to pay?

Globin Intercommunication prides itself in offering the greatest value possible! Our cherished and loyal relationships with intercom vendors keep hardware prices to the bare minimum, while our NYS DOS licensed, qualified and experienced installers and servicemen provide the exceptional expertise; together equating to great value for you, our customer! Previous projects range from $75 service calls to $250,000+ long-term large-scale corporate endeavors. What are your deposit requirements / payment terms / rates?

For all new installations and repair work, a deposit payment of 25% of the total estimate amount is required at the time of signing the contract or work order. Balance is to be paid in full, latest, 30 days after completion of purchased work. Service calls are billed at the following retail rates: Brooklyn $75 / hour, Manhattan $110 / hour, Bronx $110 / hour, Queens $85 / hour, Staten Island $100 / hour, outside NYC call today!
